In a crisis your phone or smartphone may be dead, broken or unusable. Then what you still know counts.

Why this is important

We rely completely on our smartphone. But in the event of a malfunction or emergency you need those numbers to get help or stay in contact.

What you need to do

Write down the most important numbers: partner, children, parents, GP, neighbours, emergency numbers. Hang the list somewhere visible and learn at least three numbers by heart. Repeat them now and then so they stick.

Checklist week 6

✅ Most important numbers on paper
✅ At least three numbers memorised
✅ List visible in the house

Conclusion

Technology fails. Your memory doesn’t. A small detail that makes the difference in an emergency.
