Most people think that nature is sleeping now, but those who look carefully will still find fresh green food. Common sorrel in particular is less well known, but very useful to take from nature.

Nettle, common sorrel and dandelion simply continue to grow. Young nettles are rich in iron and proteins – perfect for tea or soup. Dandelion leaves taste slightly bitter and purify the body, common sorrel adds zest to any salad.

🥄 With these three ingredients you can make a wild forage pesto. Discover the recipe here!

Checklist

✅ Learn to recognise the three plants
✅ Make nettle soup or tea
