Foraging doesn’t end with plants. Autumn is also the season of abundance for game: pheasant, pigeon and rabbit are traditional food that is locally available. Even those who don’t hunt can learn to recognise, prepare and respectfully handle meat from nature.

✅ Practise with game from a certified source
✅ Use everything – waste nothing
